To request a membership hold or change, simply fill out the online form below. Please note the following: 

  • Hold request forms must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the commencement date.
  • Holds can only be done in week blocks.
  • Please select the Monday you would like the hold to begin and outline how many weeks total you wish to place on hold.
  • Upon expiration of the hold period, your account will automatically become active and payments shall resume.
  • For changes, please advise what membership you would like to change to and from what date.
