Member hold or change request
To request a membership hold or change, simply fill out the online form below. Please note the following:
- Hold request forms must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the commencement date.
- Holds are applied on Fridays for the week of requests prior.
- Holds can only be done in week blocks.
- Please select the Sunday you would like the hold to begin and outline how many weeks total you wish to place on hold.
- Upon expiration of the hold period, your account will automatically become active and payments shall resume.
- For changes, please advise what membership you would like to change to and from what date.
